Malky’s mum is hosting a Eurovision party tomorrow and making loads of food. I’ve decided to make loads of things too.
Coconut clouds with strawberry sauce, Gougeres au fromage (choux pastries with cheese), Macaroons, White chocolate muffins and butter cookies with raspberries.
I need a job or to make some money from my baking.
Going to make mocha cheesecake on Sunday and possibly fancy cupcakes!!
Also, Malky’s mum was going to have Maltesers to represent Malta…….

Last night I made double chocolate cupcakes with nutella buttercream icing and vanilla cupcakes with nutella in the middle with buttercream icing.
Yummy. Going to make pastries, meringue with strawberries, loads more. I love this weather, makes me creative.
Watching Gossip Girl and crying at like every episode. Season 5 is so sad.
